Pricing Policy.  All Pricing given on this web site is for reference only. For a firm price quote you MUST contact Restored Treasures and Memories to evaluate your photographs. Pricing does not include shipping or insurance costs.

Shipping Policy.  All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Restored Treasures and Memories will not be responsible for any shipping charges at any time. Restored Treasures and Memories always insures shipments and ships via traceable carrier. When shipping photos TO Restored Treasures and Memories it is up to the Customer to insure their shipment. Any damages or loss claims must be made with the shipper.

Damage Policy.  Restored Treasures and Memories inspects all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any damage to in bound packages will be noted and the customer will be alerted immediately. All shipping damage or loss claims must be made with the shipping carrier. Restored Treasures and Memories may not be held liable for shipping damages or loss. Restored Treasures and Memories reserves the right to limit damages to the cost of materials only (paper, ink and film).
